[harry@rh:~]$ soundconverter 
SoundConverter 1.5.4
error: No module named glade
SoundConverter needs gnome-python 2.10!

after "yum install pygtk2-libglade" it works again

BUT:
[root@rh:~]$ package-cleanup --leaves --all | grep glade
pygtk2-libglade-2.24.0-3.fc15.x86_64

soundconverter-1.5.4-15.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing soundconverter-1.5.4-15.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.

soundconverter-1.5.4-15.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
