Description of problem:

When I create domain using "openshift", error message will say it is not allowed, but when I change namespace using "openshift" ,it will say it is already in use. The second error message is not appropriate.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website
2.Go to My Account page, create a namespace
3.Change the namespace using "openshift" as domain name.
  
Actual results:

Wrong error message when changing namespace using "openshift" as domain name.

Expected results:

The error message should be "it is not allowed".

Verify this bug on stage, it has been fixed now.
