Description of problem:

tx is not in Fedora

Fedora contains all the tools necessary to build Fedora so tx, with it's convoluted installation is a problem.

In addition, updates are frequent so the problematic oddball install must be repeated often

No package tx available.

I believe you are looking for one of these packages:

[raven@Piotrek-laptop ~]$ yum search transifex
