Description of problem:
When we show the progress dialog while we pull down subscription information, the window title is "Progress Dialog", can we update that to be "Downloading Subscription Information" or "Downloading Subscriptions"?

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.  Product Management has
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for
potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently
deployed products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in
a release.

Tested with version:
subscription-manager-gui-1.0.4-1.git.1.b28337e.el5

The window is not titled "Searching" which is an ok solution given the window width.
