Can you do 'debuginfo-install audit glibc' and try to reproduce the problem ? Moving to glibc because the crash happened when calling getaddrinfo() from audit-libs. audit_logging.c: static void _resolve_addr(char buf[], const char *host) struct addrinfo *ai; struct addrinfo hints; int e; memset(&hints, 0, sizeof(hints)); hints.ai_flags = AI_ADDRCONFIG; hints.ai_socktype = SOCK_STREAM; e = getaddrinfo(host, NULL, &hints, &ai); where host is "smindbad". *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 739743 *** (In reply to comment #4) > Can you do 'debuginfo-install audit glibc' and try to reproduce the problem ? Done -- but abrt generated a new bug, see #818677 for the add. data Well, 818677 looks like a completely different problem. This bug (818354) has glibc aborting due to a sanity check failure. It's a known problem (see 739743) that has been fixed in f17 & rawhide. 818677 is a segmentation fault in g_hash_table_foreach because %rdi is null and we try to dereference it. The two bugs are totally unrelated. |
