* in Usage line: --project  ->  --service: already fixed upstream https://github.com/fedora-openstack/openstack-utils/commit/118eecb9efda6e272cc84cb1e484efcc0f05617b

* slightly misleading error message:
Actual:
$ openstack-db 
Please specify either --init or --drop
...
$ openstack-db --init
Please specify a --service
...

Expected:
$ openstack-db 
Please specify a --service and either --init or --drop
...
or just drop that line, Usage line is clear enough.
