Description of problem:
There are many options for several tags like and, or etc.

So that user could
 1. search with tag a and tag b and tag c etc., 
 2. search with tag a or tag b or tag c etc.

Maybe if "not" is added as well, that would be wonderful.

I just list what I could think, but maybe you could think the complete list.

It should be similar to bool search in advanced bugzilla search.

in TCMS 4, we will improve the search and filter functionality on test plan, test case, test run, etc.
