Description of problem:

When I click the links on community/documentation page, it will return to another page which says "The requested page could not be found.", this issue also happens on production.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website.
2.Go to community/documentation page
3.Click one file link
  
Actual results:

It will return to another page which says "The requested page could not be found.", this issue also happens on production.

Expected results:

Download window should appear after clicking the file link.

Maybe there is some mistake on the url of files, like

https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community//community/sites/default/files/documents/OpenShift-2.0-Getting_Started_Guide-en-US.pdf

File contents are not copied to the devenv by the production data dump.  Only staging and production will have these file contents.
