Hello.

Opus tarball contains a set of tests which could be invoked with make check so why don't run them? Actually they're quite synthetic (no real bitstream files involved) but anyway I think it's a generally good idea to check for possible API-related issues before wide distribution.

Just add the following lines to the spec-file:

make check
