Description of problem:

When I try to submit a new idea as a normal user on community/ideas page, after clicking the "Submit an Idea" button, it will return community/redhat_sso_login_url_NOT_SET?redirect=/community/node/add/idea page, which says "The requested page could not be found."

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to openshift website and login
2.Go to "Vote on Features" page and try to submit a new idea

Actual results:

It will return to a page which says "The requested page could not be found."

Expected results:

The process should be successful.

On the latest devenv, logged in a non-integrated environment, I can create ideas.  The error you see is often encountered if your SSO was only partially configured.
