Description of problem:
hwcertbot of hwcert team is using Group.get webservice of bz, after bz updated to version 4.2, the hwcertbot doesn't work reporting "Can't locate object method "is_disabled" via package "Bugzilla::User" at Bugzilla/WebService/Group.pm line 137."
