Description of problem:
I have installed Phoebe and I just right clicked on the mixer applet to select
to run the mixer and the option is Missing. Please put it back.

1. Login to X
2. Right click on mixer applet

    

Actual Results:  No run mixer application option

Expected Results:  Run mixer application option

Found it dynamically adds the option if volume control is avaiable.
