Doc Text:	Yum has been included on the final install image to allow for offline installation of packages. The yum command must have the --force parameter to execute properly. This feature inclusion was added to assist in delivering custom packages from engineering and not for regular use.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
We need to add yum to RHEV-H to allow for offline rpm installation.

Feature details:

user dropping to shell and running "yum" or "/usr/bin/yum" will get a warning message out that says that yum is not supported on a running system. 

any/all Repos are disabled by default or removed completely

actual yum command will be located in a different location and/or different name

have a "force" flag or similar that will cause /usr/bin/yum to call the actual yum command

This request was not resolved in time for the current release.
Red Hat invites you to ask your support representative to

This request was erroneously removed from consideration in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4, which is currently under development.  This request will be evaluated for inclusion in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4.
