Description of problem:

For ca. the last 1/2++ hour, attempts to access bugzilla.redhat.com where responded with:

Software error:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Host 'bzweb01.app.bz.hst.phx2.redhat.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
  Is your database installed and up and running?
  Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?

How reproducible:
No idea. This error had persisted for ca. 1/2 hour, thoughout which bugzilla had been completely inaccessible for me. After having relaunched firefox, it just started to work again - Could be co-incidence of unrelated events, I don't know.
