Description of problem:

Vino does not honor the disable-background flag in dconf.
It happens in any vino release on f15,F16 and F17

How reproducible:
=================
Enable the disable-background setting in dconf and vino won't remove the background upon connection.

BTW: Anybody got any info on the developers intentions? If fixing it is not in the plan, we may as well close the bug as WONTFIX or whatever.

Fedora 22 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2016-07-19. Fedora 22 is
no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further
security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. If you
are unable to reopen this bug, please file a new report against the
