This is a request for a new parameter within the Application Blueprint that would allow a designer of the Application Blueprint to specify whether or not the "run-time parameters" screen would be seen by the end user of the Application Blueprint when it is launched. 

Currently, if a <service> is included in an application blueprint the configure run-time parameters screen shows by default. It would be ideal to be able to state <config-viewable-by="role1,role2"> in order to specify which roles could see the extra screen and which could not.
