Description of problem:
At the bottom of the login screen, there's a "Shutdown" option.  If I click on
the text, it changes color but the box does not shutdown.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Shutdown
2.
3.
    

Actual Results:  Text color changed

Expected Results:  Box should have shut down.
