This problem occurs every time I try to sync a Nokia phone over bluetooth with "gnokii-sync" to either "file-sync" or "evo2-sync". The GUI shows "Error while initializing syncengine: Unable to open fifo" When I set the environment variable OSYNC_TRACE, the problem goes away. backtrace_rating: 4 Package: multisync-0.91.1-0.6.svn384.fc17 OS Release: Fedora release 17 (Beefy Miracle) Probably mis-configuration ... should warn or something. backtrace_rating: 4 Package: multisync-0.91.1-0.7.svn384.fc18 OS Release: Fedora release 18 (Spherical Cow) This message is a reminder that Fedora 17 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 17. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained.
