Description of problem:
I tried to open bug 502244 from this link:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=524520

The result is, that I'm getting the message "Access denied", "You're not authorized to access bug #502244."
I also cannot find this bug using the search function.

Probably there went something wrong with migration of the data...

Thanks for your enquiry. If you receive a "You are not authorized to access bug X" message from bugzilla then it indicates your account does not have permissions to view the bug. Most likely the bug has been restricted for internal development processes and we cannot grant access.
