Description of problem:
On the CE Monitor page, cloud resource zones are all displayed with no mention of their corresponding cloud. For example, if I have a cloud called "Lab" and then a resource zone called "Development", and I have the default cloud "Default" and a resource zone called "Development", on the monitor page I would see two cloud resource zones called "Development" and have no idea which is which. In order to make this make sense right now, the user needs to manually prefix the name of the CRZ with some identifier. Ideally the list of CRZs on the monitor page should either be subdivided with a heading for the corresponding cloud, or each CRZ should be prefixed with the cloud name (ex: Lab:Development, Default:Development).
