The picture shows the user's information which badge cannot be correctly displayed

Description of problem:

When I login in and entered community page, my badge cannot be shown correctly in the left column of the page.When looking at other user's badges like "https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community/user/118081/badges", the image cannot shown correctly as well.
This issue only exists on both Chrom19 and IE9 explorer,and does not exist on FireFox13.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login in with valid username and password.
2.go to community page:"/community/".

The badge of user cannot be shown correctly.

The badge of user should be shown correctly.

User photos and badges don't work in devenvs, only on production.  The files that serve those images are loaded from a shared file store that is not copied back to the devenv.
