Description of problem:

In the page "https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community/developers/technologies", the linked URL of "Jenkins Server" and "Jenkins Client 1.4" are both "https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community//community/jenkins" . This URL cannot be open correctly.

1.go to page "https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community/developers/technologies"
2.click "Jenkins Server" and "Jenkins Client 1.4"

  
Actual results:

The link redirect to a wrong page and show error message as "The requested page could not be found."

Expected results:

These two links should be redirected to "https://openshifttest.redhat.com/community/jenkins" and displayed well.
