Sorry, I could not reproduced your issue. It may be nice, if you can try to run ghostscript agains your file to get any error message from the Postscript interpreter. I run these two lines, that produce a Ghostscript error: 1.) $gpg-key2ps 0xDC405527 >> paper 2.) $ps2pdf paper.ps Error: /undefined in 595,276 Operand stack: w Execution stack: %interp_exit .runexec2 --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- 2 %stopped_push --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- false 1 %stopped_push 1894 1 3 %oparray_pop 1893 1 3 %oparray_pop 1877 1 3 %oparray_pop 1771 1 3 %oparray_pop --nostringval-- %errorexec_pop .runexec2 --nostringval-- --nostringval-- --nostringval-- 2 %stopped_push --nostringval-- Dictionary stack: --dict:1160/1684(ro)(G)-- --dict:0/20(G)-- --dict:77/200(L)-- Current allocation mode is local Current file position is 176 GPL Ghostscript 9.05: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1 Feel free to let me do other testings. best regards Just found out, that the Package "libpaper" maybe cause this problem. With libpaper uninstalled, both are working fine: # gpg-key2ps 0xDC405527 >> paper.ps # $ps2pdf paper.ps best regards This looks like a locale problem. PostScript always works in C locale. 595,276 is the width of A4 paper in points. 210/25.4*72 = 595.2755905511812 Probably, the easiest approach to this problem is conversion of the page dimensions to integers. Higher precision is pointless, because PostScript matches media requests with the tolerance of +/- 5 points. The issue seems, that paperconf delivering localized information about the papersize. I have create a patch included in pgp-tools-1.1.4-1.fc20. It may be nice, if anyone can tryout this package from rawhide. This message is a reminder that Fedora 17 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 17. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '17'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 17's end of life. Bug Reporter: Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we may not be able to fix it before Fedora 17 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 17's end of life. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. Fedora 17 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2013-07-30. Fedora 17 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug. If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Fedora please feel free to reopen this bug against that version. Thank you for reporting this bug and we are sorry it could not be fixed. |
