Description of problem:

In section 4.7.3. Viewing Service Level Settings:

"The current setting for the entire organization is shown with the --org option." is not supported. 

"subscription-manager service-level --org admin", "subscription-manager service-level" and "subscription-manager service-level --show" all display the current setting of service level for the system but not the org.
