Description John Mazzitelli 2012-06-14 16:37:59 EDT
from jay:

(04:31:50 PM) jshaughn: I think I see
(04:31:56 PM) jshaughn: I was very unlucky
(04:32:14 PM) mazz: where's the problem in the code?
(04:32:21 PM) jshaughn: if you right click and wait too long, until the message times out, and then right click, you get an exception
(04:32:27 PM) mazz: ah
(04:32:35 PM) mazz: we should protect against that
(04:32:41 PM) jshaughn: the right click options down't go away

so if you right mouse click on the message bar, and wait until the message goes away, the context menu won't work.

git commit to master : 544aba9

you can use the #Test page (specifically the Message Center Test) to get a message in the message bar, then right mouse click over it, keep the context menu displayed and when the message disappears, now click the Root Cause menu item.

Bulk closing of items that are on_qa and in old RHQ releases, which are out for a long time and where the issue has not been re-opened since.
