Description of problem:
After installing kernel update 3.4 multiseat no longer works.

Multiseat USB terminals no longer create another seat.

Continued multiseat capability.

Additional info:

booting into 3.3.7.1 kernel returns multiseat functionality

interactions between UDL in Kernel 3.4 takes over from UDLFB and doesn't work reliably.
