Description of problem:
After I created an application, the "JBoss Developer Studio tools page" link in the get_started page redirected to a not found page. 
As written in US2386, the page in product "https://openshift.redhat.com/community/developers/tools" can display correctly.
We should make the link correctly as soon as possible.

devenv_1850

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.login on the devenv_1850.
2.create an application.
3.click the "JBoss Developer Studio tools page" link in the get_started page.
  
Actual results:
It shown as page not found.

Expected results:
It should be a correct page about JBoss Developer Studio.
