Description of problem:
During inital boot from CD on digital PRIORIS XL 6200 (200Mhz PPro)
the install hangs with an apparent kernel crash:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just try to boot from iso CD; tried "linux apic", "noapic", "disableapic",
etc.  Got the panic every time.

Expected Results:  I was hoping to be able to install  :-)

Same bug is present in the PHOEBE beta kit:
  kernel BUG at apic.:298!
  ... register dump, stack / call trace etc

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
persists.

The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, 
and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in
the bug tracker at: http://bugzilla.fedora.us/
