Description of problem:
When in a particular bug, I want to add a tag. In the add tag box, I start typing a tag name. With a long list of tags, I click the scroll bar to scroll down so I can pick one of the tags. When I click the scroll bar (Anywhere) the scroll box disappears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In bug, go to Tags tab, and type in the Add Tag field.
2. Once a list appears, click the scroll bar.

Actual results:
When I click the scroll bar (Anywhere) the scroll box disappears.

Expected results:
When I click the scroll bar (Anywhere) the scroll box lets me scroll list and pick needed item in the list.

Would you please provide an example link? We can't find where is the tag list.

would you please send a snapshot? there is not scroll bar in my browser. It seems that you were using the auto-complete function from history input, which is the browser configuration.

Thanks for your report. We can reproduce this bug and it will be fixed in next release.

Verify 3.8.1 on tcms-test -->PASS

Verify steps:
1. In bug, go to Tags tab, and type in the Add Tag field.
2. Once a list appears, click the scroll bar.

Actual result:
works well now.
