And it's worth noting that the test AD instance did not even
have a Certificate Authority installed. The current IdM documentation
does not mention this requirement which should currently be in
flashing neon lights. The installation document just dives in and
tells you how to extract the certificate. It's also worth noting that
admins for production AD deployments in most large organizations will
not allow anybody else anywhere close to the console.
