Description of problem:
Get node execution failure as following when embed mongo to app, and this issue does not exist with fedora origin.
# rhc-ctl-app -a jb1 -l szhou -p redhat -e add-mongodb-2.0 -d

3.embed mongodb to exist app

Get node execution failure

Embed finish and succefully

Can anyone confirm this is still an issue?  If not we'll close it at the next triage meeting.
