Actual results:
see attachment.
Name is unknown.
User is withheld.

Expected results:
rhel6 shows user and name of the file

This is expected behavior, see
http://www.cups.org/documentation.php/doc-1.5/ref-cupsd-conf.html#JobPrivateValues

Changing
JobPrivateValues default
to
JobPrivateValues none
in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf should help.
