Description of problem:
With the latest version of mozilla (updated through up2date)
I still ocasionally see some garbaged fonts when scrolling up and down.
Some text gets cut at the bottom. It seems to be happening on pages
using java or smiliar to change fonts on mouse over etc. Whenever I activate the
mouse over event, it fixes the visual bug.

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit a site this is happening. (example: www.ign.com)
2.Simply scroll up and down the page and look at the text.

Actual Results: The text in the side menu was affected.

Expected Results: No garbaged text.

Additional info: None.
