Description of problem:
virsh report error when quit virsh connection

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libvirt-0.9.13-2.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.# virsh
Welcome to virsh, the virtualization interactive terminal.

Type: 'help' for help with commands
'quit' to quit

2.virsh # quit

error: Failed to create '/root/.cache/libvirt/virsh': No such file or
directory

as step 2

Expected results:
no error

Commit in upstream: ea9509b9, move to POST.

Test it with libvirt-0.10.0-0rc0.el6:

# rm -rf .cache/
# virsh 
Welcome to virsh, the virtualization interactive terminal.

Type:  'help' for help with commands
       'quit' to quit

virsh # quit

# ll .cache/libvirt/virsh/history 
-rw-------. 1 root root 5 Aug  6 13:18 .cache/libvirt/virsh/history

Change status to verified.
