Description of problem:
On Fedora 17 KDE, I prefer using evince over okular. However when scrolling with the mouse wheel, zooming in doesn't work (zooming out, or zooming in using the dropbox does work).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a pdf using evince on Fedora17 KDE
2. Press shift+scroll mouse wheel down
  
Actual results:
No zooming in

Zooming in

The problem has disappeared with evince 3.6.1 on Fedora 18!
