Description of problem:
Screen corruption occurs during Plymouth and after gnome shell loads.
There is one way to reproduce it reliably when the DE is loaded is to go to system settings > screens and it flickers every time you hit the button detect screens.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Latest 3.4 kernel and all fedora updates to this date.

How reproducible:
Install fedora on a foxconn barebone nT-A3550

Actual results:
Flickering.

Expected results:
No flickering.
