The SOA-P 5.3.0 build still contains 2 oneoff patches from SOA-P 5.2.0.
These patches are for JBPAPP-6809 and JBPAPP-6834.
Both of these fixes were included in EAP 5.1.2.

At best these patches are redundant; at worst they lose other fixes from EAP 5.1.2.

We don't need a technical note for this; the problem is new to 5.3.0 and is fixed in 5.3.0.

I found 2 more outdated patch jars: jbossws-native-client.jar and jbossws-native-factories.jar. Both were identical to the jars from EAP 5.1.2; so I have removed them from soa-p.
