Creating a new search that should fulfil the following conditions:

1. jskeoch has commented on (ever)
2. The status has changed to Verified after 2012-06-18

Used the "Search by People" for condition#1
Used the "Search by Change History" for condition#2

This is a known issue and is tracked by the upstream bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=677757

Red Hat Bugzilla will inherit the changes from upstream in the appropriate release.
