Thanks for a bug report. I moved this upstream as [1]. Please see [1] for any further updates. If possible, please CC yourself there, in case upstream developers will have additional questions. This seems like a broken summary information for your evolution-ews account, probably caused by a crash of evolution. The easiest workaround would be to erase local cache for the account, which means closing evolution and remove ~/.cache/evolution/mail/<ews-account-uid>/folders.db file. evolution-ews will download necessary information the next start.
