Description of problem:
Generated jars don't have OSGi metadata and can not be used for Eclipse plug-ins

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.0.17-3

I'm attaching a patch which fixes this.

I've applied for commit privs (jerboaa) of the jcommon package. If you prefer that you can give me commit privs and I'll push the fix :)
