Previously, when stopping all instances in an application resulted in an application status of: "Some instances are not running". This fix checks the state of all instances in an application and sets the application status to "stopped" if all its instances have stopped.

Instance state not reported correctly by conductor.
This bug is still present in aeolus-conductor-0.13.1-1.el6cf.noarch. I tested that with internal RHEV-M. Screenshot follows.
This patch is not pushed yet (thus the 'assigned' state) so it's not included in any packages yet. 0df538b on 1.1 branch Application state is set to "All Instances are stopped" when all instances are stopped. verified: rpm -qa | grep aeolus rubygem-aeolus-image-0.3.0-12.el6.noarch aeolus-conductor-daemons-0.13.8-1.el6cf.noarch rubygem-aeolus-cli-0.7.1-1.el6cf.noarch aeolus-conductor-doc-0.13.8-1.el6cf.noarch aeolus-configure-2.8.6-1.el6cf.noarch aeolus-all-0.13.8-1.el6cf.noarch aeolus-conductor-0.13.8-1.el6cf.noarch Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
