Date setup crashed om first boot.

Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Phoebe
2. Skip rhn(no network connection yet)
3.
    

Actual Results:  Not sure, but I suspect it shouldn't have done this :-)

Expected Results:  Login occurs with no tracebacks.
