Grep [1] for ".cluster.conf" (everything is literal, no regexp magic
involved):

- C.2.2. Non-typed Child Resource Start and Stop Ordering

  are determined according to the order of the child resource in
  /etc/cluster.cluster.conf. Additionally

It should read "/etc/cluster.cluster.conf".

Ah, it should read "/etc/cluster/cluster.conf", of course.
