It would be good to have a link to the (local copy of the release notes) in the default homepage. They're useful for users, and this will give them more exposure.

I'm going to move this to fedora-websites (it was on the wrong component) and close the bug, because
1) We usually use trac and not bugzilla to track website tasks/bugs
2) I'm going to add it in a re-design of the said homepage which I'll start implementing tomorrow.
