Created attachment 604696 [details] fakepath image Description of problem: There are a couple of places in the UI where there is a pop-up box to upload a file. Off the top of my head, there is adding new agent and server plugins, adding content through a Resource > Content tab, and adding content to a content repo. On Windows *on IE8*, the pathname for the content is always given as C:\fakepath\<filename>. I have attached a screenshot. In my case, the actual location was C:\Users\elladeon\Desktop. On FF on Windows, there is no pathname at all given, just the filename. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.1.1 ER1 (although this was also in 3.0) How reproducible: Always. Steps to Reproduce: There are a couple of places this crops up. Administration > Repositories > repo > Upload package
