It's correct. "Run Command" is not a application, but a modal dialog of kdesktop. If you start "Run Command" from kde menu or with right-clicked on the Desktop, kdesktop has got a signal for a "Run Command" modal dialog, which blocks input to other visible windows in the same application. |
