Demo html file for  cut&paste

Description of problem:

Today I wanted to sum simple table (I'm attaching cut of html version)

Open in firefox - mark with mouse and cut&paste in oocalc.

Now try to sum column 'I'
(i.e. adding =SUM(I....)

Ok - not a number.
So marking column I - a trying to convert it to number -
And I get now number - but with apostrophe in front.

So unusable.

Opening 'gnumeric'  just cut&paste + add =SUM()
and you get result in few seconds....

Maybe I miss some usability detail in LibreOffice - but for now I find it highly unusable...

I'm using Czech locales (floats are using ',')

This should be upstream https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53089 that's resolved for 3.6.1
