discontinuous arrows when multiple VLANs is attached to interface via Setup Networks

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.attach several VLANs to NIC via Setup Networks dialog (see screenshot)
  
Actual results:
arrow connecting NIC and VLANs looks ugly

Expected results:
arrow connecting NIC and VLANs improved

After talking with Eldan here are the changes needed:
1. the right arrow should be moved few pixels to the right
2. the arrows should be continuous
