Description of problem:
User should be able to configure page size in translation editor.

Actual results:
page size (at the moment 50) is hard-coded and can not change.

Expected results:
User should be able to configure page size.

Additional info:
We will supply a list of pre-defined page size for user to choose.

Fix released in Zanata 2.0.
