Description of problem:
I was just hit by specifying --arches x86_64,noarch  , as it is often used in other places. It went through, but only after it built the src.rpm I got informed that "no arches were found".

rhpkg-1.14-1.fc16.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rhpkg scratch-build --arches x86_64,noarch
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
It fails a long time after.

Expected results:
An immediate error.

Additional info:
If we don't wan't to keep a list of supported arches, maybe just starting by blocking arch names with a comma on it. It would have helped already.

This issue is in rhpkg's library so it affects fedpkg as well.
